Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means:
- Import duties
- VAT or GST
- Customs handling fees
are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are set by your local government and are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Your carrier may contact you prior to delivery to collect any applicable import fees.
We are unable to estimate or reimburse customs charges.

- In original packaging
- In the same condition received

Final Sale
Limited releases, custom pieces, and discounted items are final sale.

Installation & Care
Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged due to improper installation are not eligible for return.
